Cauliflower
- Shape: The most common cauliflower head is dome-shaped and compact, with tightly clustered florets. However, there are also varieties with romanesco-shaped heads (fractal-like spirals) and purple cauliflower with a vibrant purple color.

- Size: Cauliflower heads can range in size from 4 to 12 inches (10 to 30 cm) in diameter, depending on the variety and maturity.
- Color: The most common color is white, but orange and green cauliflower varieties also exist.
- Florets: The individual florets are small, white buds (immature flowers) clustered together to form the head.
